Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when tokens bought on the Service can be refunded or cancelled, and how to ask for it. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and does not affect statutory rights you have as a consumer.

1. What You Are Buying

Tokens are prepaid credit for AI generations. They are sold as one-time purchases — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Tokens do not expire, and any balance stays available until you spend it.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw from it and receive a full refund — for as long as you have not started using the tokens. Once you run your first generation against a top-up, you have asked us to begin supplying the digital service immediately and the withdrawal right for that purchase ends.

3. Refunds Outside the Withdrawal Period

Unused tokens are otherwise non-refundable. We will still review a refund request in good faith where:

• a technical fault on our side prevented the tokens from being used;
• you were charged more than once for the same top-up;
• the purchase was accidental and none of the tokens have been used;
• the charge was not authorised by you.

4. What Is Not Refundable

• Tokens that have already been consumed by a generation.
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output. AI results vary by nature, and a generation that ran successfully has consumed its tokens.
• Accounts suspended for a breach of our Terms of Service.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact us from the email address on the account and include the payment date, the amount, and what went wrong. We aim to respond within one business day and to decide within 14 days of receiving the request.

6. How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, in the currency you were charged in. Your bank or card issuer sets the settlement time — usually 5–10 business days. Any refunded tokens are removed from your balance at the same time.

7. Cancellation

Because nothing recurs, there is no subscription to cancel. You can stop topping up at any time, and you can ask us to close your account whenever you like — closing an account does not by itself refund an unused balance.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the moment of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
