Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy governs refunds and cancellations for purchases on Stackly at https://stackly.tech, operated by NEXORITA UAB. It is part of the Terms & Conditions.

1. What you are buying

Access to Stackly is metered in tokens, bought as one-off packs from the Pricing page. There are no subscriptions, no renewals and no recurring charges — you top up when you need to. Tokens are digital content, delivered as soon as your balance is credited.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

EU consumer law normally gives you fourteen days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content, that right ends as soon as supply begins, provided that at checkout you (a) expressly consent to immediate delivery and (b) acknowledge that doing so ends the right of withdrawal. In practice: once tokens are on your balance and you start spending them, the fourteen days no longer apply. Topped up but not yet spent any of the new tokens, and still inside fourteen days? Email [email protected] and we refund the top-up in full.

3. Tokens once purchased

One-off top-ups have nothing to cancel in the subscription sense. Once bought, tokens are non-refundable except under Section 2 above or Section 4 below, and tokens already spent are not refundable. Any expiry period attached to a specific pack is disclosed on the Pricing page before you buy.

4. When we refund or credit back

Beyond the withdrawal right, we refund or credit tokens back to your balance where: (i) a technical fault on our side consumed tokens or blocked you from using them; (ii) a charge is duplicated, wrongly calculated or otherwise clearly incorrect; (iii) you notify us of an accidental top-up before spending any of it. If what we supply is faulty or does not match its description, your statutory rights under EU and Lithuanian consumer law continue to apply on top of anything set out here.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within fourteen days of approval — the exact timing depends on the payment provider and your card scheme. With your agreement we can credit the equivalent value to your token balance instead.

6. Enterprise agreements

If we have signed a separate Enterprise or custom commercial agreement, its refund terms take precedence over this Policy wherever the two differ.
