Terms of Service

Stackly at https://stackly.tech (the "Service") is operated by NEXORITA UAB, company code 308061951, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania (in this document — "Stackly", "we", "us"). Signing up or otherwise using the Service means you accept these Terms; if that doesn't work for you, please leave.
1. Who can register
Only individuals aged 18 or over — or the age of majority in your country if higher — may open an account. Give truthful details when you sign up, guard your credentials and API keys, and treat everything done from your account as your responsibility. If something looks off, write to [email protected] so we can act quickly.
2. The Service
Stackly brings together 115+ purpose-built tools for writing, code, images, music, video and research behind one login and one token balance, with requests routed to the model best suited for the job (including GPT, Claude, Gemini, Flux, Suno, Stable Diffusion, Whisper and others). Availability of specific models and third-party engines may change over time, and we may add, adjust or retire tools as the product evolves.
3. Your content
• What you upload (Input) — prompts, briefs, files, code snippets, images, audio. It stays yours. We only take the licence we need to run it through the third-party models a request touches.
• What comes out (Output) — to the extent any rights in the generated text, code, images, tracks or other artefacts belong to us, we assign them to you, on condition that you keep to these Terms and the AUP.
• Output from AI is not perfect. It can be wrong, unsafe, non-original, or resemble what other users receive. Check it before you publish, ship or rely on it — especially for music, images or code, where third-party rights may be at stake.
• No training on your data — your Input and Output are never used to train our own models.
4. Rules for using the Service
Everything you generate and how you deploy it is your responsibility. Our Acceptable Use Policy spells out what is off-limits — anything illegal, harmful, infringing, or aimed at abusing the platform or the API. Accounts that ignore it can be paused or closed.
5. Payment
Stackly is prepaid in tokens purchased as one-off packs on the Pricing page. How the checkout, taxes, currencies and payment providers work is set out in the Payment Policy; refunds are handled in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
6. Our intellectual property
The software behind the platform, its design, its templates and the "Stackly" name and logos are ours or our licensors'. What you receive is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service in line with these Terms — not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer or extract the underlying models, prompts or code, beyond what mandatory law allows.
7. Warranties and liability
The Service and its Output are supplied "as is" and "as available", with no warranties beyond those the law requires. Nothing produced through the Service is professional advice. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability toward you for any claim connected with the Service is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and EUR 100. Liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law is not affected, and your consumer rights stay intact.
8. Ending the relationship
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms or the AUP, or where the law obliges us to. Where circumstances allow we will normally warn you first.
9. Updates
We may revise these Terms as the platform and the law change. Material updates will be signalled in the Service or by email before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and the Lithuanian courts have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights and forums of your country of residence, and you may refer a dispute to Lithuania's State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT, https://vvtat.lt) or, elsewhere in the EU, to the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
